Ashley House

Our stay at Ashley House was great, the whole family had a lovely Christmas. The house caters for everything you need for a big group. I have subscribed to your mailing list as we would definitely do this again.

Our stay at Ashley House was perfect from booking through to departure. The communication from both David at Wow House and the owner Sam was great. The house was just amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It was stunning outside and in, and more than suited the size of our party of 18. We made use of the hot tub and cinema room, with clear instructions on how to use everything provided meaning we never struggled setting anything up. We ate out one night at the Cricketts Inn from the list of recommendations provided and the people of Donisthorpe were so friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and a local we were talking to at the bar sent over 3 bottles of wine when he heard we were on a hen party, which only added to the amazing time we had. Every member of our party agreed it was the most perfect weekend and we wouldn't hesitate to use Wow House or Ashley House again.

Absolutely fabulous from booking to sadly leaving the beautiful Ashley House! We stayed as a party of 25 ladies for my daughter's Hen weekend 3rd to 5th March 2023. The house was everything we needed and the kitchen / conservatory being the social point. Everything is well provided for and the administration second to non. Thank you.

This is the ultimate party house. We were a gathering of 20 people who travelled some distance to meet up and celebrate a forthcoming wedding. Great space to decorate, the cinema room was pivotal, the jacuzzi delightful, hot water flowing and a great array of every essential kitchen device to keep things running smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the house with lots within the house to keep you entertained.

With regards to Ashley House, the property more than met our expectations and we were pleased that the house had been set out just as we had requested, the house-keeper Paul was very good at liaising with us throughout our stay, with any questions we had. All of our quests thoroughly enjoyed their stay and in fact, there was so much to do that 4 nights just wasn't long enough. We are considering booking Ashley for the same time next year. All in all though, a fantastic experience, one which we definitely want to repeat so thanks to everyone involved for making it possible, including the lucky owner.

Ashley house is a lovely, spacious property with a well equipped kitchen, ample refrigerator and freezer space, comfortable bedrooms and lots of entertainment spaces. The children thoroughly enjoyed the games rooms and cinema and several of us used the spa. We made good use of the generous garden space and had several barbeques using the 2 large outdoor grills. It helped that we had fab weather but even if you didn't, there are several large indoor reception rooms to be enjoyed by all.

The house facilities were absolutely perfect and the house was a perfect place for our mixed age hen weekend celebration. With so much space and great facilities such as hot tubs, ping pong room, cinema room you could never get bored, in fact we all wished we had longer to use all of the great parts to this house! Every room was well equipped which made the stay even better.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in each room were good. We really enjoyed using the cinema room which is great. The hot tub was huge, room enough for 10 people.

We all really had a lovely time at Ashley House. The house was exactly how we expected or wanted it to be, and Paul and his wife Sam gave us a warm welcome on the arrival day. We have lots of fab memories to treasure and it is something we would definitely do again in the future.
