Location - Collingtree House is located on the outskirts of the village of Collingtree just 5 miles from Northampton city centre and near the villages of Wotton, Hardingstone, Milton Malsor and Rothersthorpe.

Nearest Train Station: Northampton, 15 minute drive (5.5 miles)

Nearest Airport: Luton 40 minute drive (36 miles), Birmingham 1 hours drive (45 miles) and Heathrow 1 hour 25 minutes drive (65 miles)

London: 1 hour 45 minutes by car (65 miles) or 1 hour 50 minutes by train (London Euston to Northampton)


Ground Floor

Entrance Hall: this corridor leads you down the side of the house from the front door into the open plan kitchen/dining room 

Sitting Room: a large room with plenty of seating with large cinema screen and children's playroom

Open plan Kitchen/Dinning/Living/Games Room: leading from the hallway you enter this large open plan area with dining table and chairs to seat 8 people, in the centre of the room is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave combi oven, traditional style oven, steam oven, 2 warming drawers, American style fridge/freezer, 3 stove cooker and a teriyaki hot plate plus a breakfast bar and seating for 4 people, in the corner of the room is an L-shaped sofa and TV with large French windows onto the patio overlooking the swimming pool.  The windows feature along this whole side of the room and all with access to the patio. Towards the other end of the room is the pool table, piano and drinks fridge

Family Room: with a modern fireplace, TV and large L-shaped sofa to seat up to 10 people

Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin

Grounds: with a third of an acre of private grounds at the back of the house with views across the golf course including a large sun terrace with loungers and chairs surrounding the outdoor heated swimming pool (10m by 5m) and with a depth of 1.4m (available from May to September) and pool house with shower room and toilet facilities.  For children there is a trampoline and table tennis table.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: a large bedroom with super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower 

Bedroom 2: the second largest bedrooms with super king-size bed and large windows which open out onto the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens

Bedroom 3: a double bedroom with double bed and large window opening out onto the balcony

Family Bathroom: with a jacuzzi bath, washbasin and WC

Bedroom 4: a double bedroom with super king-size bed and large window opening out onto the balcony and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower

Second Floor

Bedroom 5: a large bedroom split in half with a study at one end and 2 guest beds in the other half of the room and en-suite bathroom across the landing with bath and separate shower
