Cape View is housed over four levels and comfortably sleeps up to a maximum of 8 guests, who can select from a choice of four luxurious en-suite bedrooms that are located on the first floor of this fully modernised property.

Communal Spaces

Entrance hall: welcoming space with modern designer stairs leading to the next level and a panoramic view of the ocean in the background

Living room: very comfortable and relaxing space filled with contemporary furniture and lighting, original paintings and artefacts, which opens onto a wide balcony that stretches across the entire floor with a fabulous ocean view. Creature comforts include a 46" LCD TV, DSTV and a B&W Zeppelin Air

Kitchen: separate preparation area complements a very modern kitchen island equipped with a double oven, microwave and ceramic hob. All cooking and food preparation utensils are provided, such as high quality cookware and knives, kitchen aid appliances, top of the line crockery and cutlery, as well as Reidel wine glasses

Utility room: the scullery is fully equipped with a Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer, as well as a Miele dishwasher

Movie and games room: a high quality Epson projector and movie screen plus a sofa bed

Gym: comfortable space fitted with a Life Fitness elliptical and recumbent bike, a choice of free weights and jaw-dropping ocean views

Further utilities: cloakroom and downstairs bathroom

Bedroom two ('pink room'): queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (ocean views)

All the bedrooms have electric blackout blinds for complete privacy

Grounds

Cape View offers plenty of outside space with spectacular views of the Atlantic and surrounding areas. The outdoor plunge pool has a fantastic panorama of the ocean. There is choice of areas where you can dine al fresco in the African sun or watch the beautiful sunsets:

• Lower ground floor has an outside entertainment and lounge area with funky seating and an 8-seater outdoor dining table
• Upstairs terrace and garden with deck chairs, sofa and chairs
• Large Weber gas barbecue and large wooden-decked area and olive tree
• Private plunge pool and deck chairs

Please note: due to the staircases, this property is not suitable for those requiring wheel chair access and the very elderly. Also, due to the uncovered pool and stairs, children under the age of 12 are only welcome subject to full-time supervision by an adult.
