Villa San Jose

Villa San Jose can easily accommodate 11 guests via its 5 bedrooms that are located on the ground floor.

Ground Floor

Living area: large, open-plan room offering ample space to relax, dine, socialise and play; it boasts ample seating and a large plasma TV, satellite, DVD player and iPod dock. The room enjoys amazing views across the pool and gardens

Dining area: a circular dining table, seating 8 in comfort

Kitchen: well-designed, fully equipped kitchen which includes a 5-hob gas stove, double electric oven, double fridge freezer with wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and storage room

Master bedroom: beautiful bedroom with a super king size 4-poster Balinese bed. The en-suite bathroom has a huge hammam style shower and large stone bath. The master bedroom has direct access to terrace and pool

Bedroom 2: double bedroom with a super king size Balinese bed and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, the bedroom has direct access to the rear terrace

Bedroom 3: twin bedded room with direct access to decked sun terrace

Bedroom 4: double bedroom with a super king size Balinese bed, the bedroom has direct access to terrace and pool and decked sun terrace

Bathroom: shared with bedroom 3 and 4 has a large hammam style shower with a separate toilet and hand basin

Bedroom 5: ideal bedroom for children with a bespoke bunk bed that sleeps 3 guests, a single on the top and a double on the bottom. The room has an inter-connecting door to the Master Bedroom so ideal for children but they are full sized beds so can sleep adults

Grounds

A large swimming pool (18 metres x 5 metres) with shallow end ideal for small children, an outside shower perfect after a day at the beach!

Extensive terraces with a wealth of plants and large grass lawn sympathetically lit, a large covered outside dining area sitting up to 16 people, the perfect setting for dining al fresco with the BBQ. The pool can also be illuminated at night time to a colour of your choice and some of the trees in the torrent can also be lit up which creates a fantastic atmosphere for your evening.
