This villa forms part of a 40,000 sq metre domain of fig trees, vineyards on a dramatic peninsula in Northern Samos in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are uncompromising views over the broad expanse of brilliant blue sea, gently framed by soft evergreen trees that create beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

The use of stone and the attractive design of the villa, tucked as it between olive trees allow it to blend into the landscape. Broad terraces with comfortable seating allow for great spaces in which to relax and take in the views from this hill-top position.

An eclectic collection of antiques and collected objects decorate the rooms and the décor blends subtly colour-washed walls, with high beamed ceilings and large windows, making the villa feel light and spacious.

A short walk through the herb planted gardens and there is a large shared pool, with generous terraces, a pool side bar and plenty of sun loungers, and a little further down a pathway which leads to a rocky private beach.
