Tyringham is situated in the Great Ouse Valley 4 miles west of the attractive market town of Olney, between Northampton and Newport Pagnell and just 10 minutes from the M1. The village lies off a quiet lane in rolling countryside dotted with honey coloured stone houses, the scenery is similar in appearance to the Cotswolds.

The History

The property is Edwardian. It has been furnished in a country house style to a high standard.

The Accommodation

The House can sleep up to 10 guests in double bedrooms.

The Grounds

The property enjoys 7 acres of private grounds with no neighbours. To the side of the house are large lawns interspersed with shrubs with unrestricted views across fields. There are chickens and ducks roaming around the grounds and a constant supply of fresh organic eggs!

The grounds also include an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna in a large detached chalet, a summerhouse and tennis court. Guests will have unrestricted use of all facilities during their stay. Guests should note that the housekeeper and her husband live in a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the property and privacy will be respected at all times. Ample parking.
