Cookham House is arranged over 3 floors and boasts 5 reception rooms and can sleep up to 14 guests in six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/breakfast room: the luxury bespoke kitchen with granite worktops and spacious breakfast room is situated at the rear of the house, taking advantage of views over the lovely rolling fields and the beautiful morning sun. Cooking facilities include two full-sized ovens, steam oven and microwave/grill, set in a stylish cube formation. There is also an induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer and wine fridge. The oak breakfast table seats 12 in a square bench formation. There are also 2 televisions with Sky, one in the cooking area and one overlooking the breakfast table and the internal music system can also be operated from here
Dining room: an oblong dining table that seats 12 guests comfortably
Family/kids room: situated next to the kitchen and connected by double doors, making it easy to keep an eye on the younger family members whilst preparing food, etc. The room has a comfortable corner sofa which can easily seat several small people if some time out TV is required, but is equally suited to playing games or with toys, etc
Living room: a large room with twin sofas and a large cinema style TV and Hi-Fi system, the room is sunny during the day and early evening, making it ideal to swing open the doors and take in the garden during the summer months
Morning room: this room is traditionally furnished and has a feature fireplace, this is a quiet room ideal for reading and without the interference of a television!

Bedroom 3: the 'pink' room is a double bedroom with a King size bed and TV with Sky, a beautiful en-suite bathroom with full-sized bath, walk-in shower and double width basin and views over the old cricket common
Bedroom 4: twin bedroom and TV with Sky, the en-suite shower room has a shower cubicle
Bedroom 5: the 'blue room' is a double bedroom with a King size bed and TV with Sky, the adjacent bathroom has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and views over the old cricket common
Second Floor
Master bedroom: large double bedroom with a King size bed and vaulted ceilings with beautiful views over farmland. The en-suite is spacious with white and grey marble tiles complete with a large circular bath, television built into mirrored effect walls and a large walk-in rain shower with side jets
Bedroom 6: twin bedroom plus a day bed with trundle bed under which can sleep up to four comfortably, ideal for a great kid's room. The adjacent bathroom has a full size bath with hand shower

Set in a rural village, Cookham house takes advantage of the beautiful surrounding countryside and panoramic views. Accessed from the road through an in/out driveway the house is set back with a sweeping gravel driveway. The large patio area covers three sides of the house, the rear and south sides benefiting from the sun. There is a gas BBQ to the side patio and ample garden furniture to enjoy outside life plus the luxury of a sunken hot tub (available from the beginning of April to the end of September and closed from 8pm in the evening) - an ideal way to start or finish the day!
